In order to qualify for course completion, prospective student must qualify following requirements.

• 1. Education qualification
  • a. For national students:

    For AME training course the candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2 class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board or university or its equivalent / 3 year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Streams.

  • b. For foreign students:

    Foreign student shall have qualification equivalent to prescribed above.

• 2. Medical Examination:

  The candidate shall be subjected to a medical examination before they are admitted to the training institute, by a doctor possessing at least an MBBS degree. Candidates should not have any physical/ mental disabilities or defective colour vision, which may impair in discharging the duties of AME.

• 3. Course Duration:

  Two years (Four Semesters) including practical training (in phases) at actual Aircraft Maintenance environment.
